The Fruity app, users agree to its conditions, which include being at least 13 years old, keeping login information secure, and not sharing accounts or misusing the app. Fruity is designed to help identify fruits through image recognition but may not always be accurate and should not be used for medical, dietary, or safety decisions. Users must avoid harmful content, reverse engineering, or disrupting the app. Uploaded images may be temporarily stored but not shared without consent, and users can delete their data anytime. All app content belongs to Fruity, and reproduction without permission is prohibited. Fruity is provided “as is,” with no liability for inaccuracies, technical issues, or data loss. Terms may be updated, and continued use implies acceptance. For questions, users can contact support via the app or email.

Fruity is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party providers.

Adjusting consent may limit certain app functions.
