All third-party vendors engaged by Fruitly must:

Delete or return all personal data once their services are concluded, unless retention is required by law.

You may withdraw consent for analytics or optional integrations at any time through the Settings → Consent Settings section.
Deleting your account will automatically terminate Fruitly’s access to your data stored with integrated services, but you may also need to review and adjust privacy settings directly within those third-party platforms.
Fruitly carefully selects and monitors its Third-Party Partners but does not control their internal operations, infrastructure, or privacy practices. Accordingly:
Fruitly is not responsible or liable for any acts, omissions, breaches, or misconduct of third-party service providers, including data misuse, security failures, or policy violations beyond Fruitly’s reasonable control.
Use of third-party login services (e.g., Google, Apple) is governed exclusively by those providers’ separate terms and privacy policies. You are encouraged to review them before enabling such options.
By using the App, you acknowledge that third-party integrations are provided “as is,” and you assume all associated risks.
In no event shall Fruitly, its affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the actions or omissions of any third-party service.
Fruitly may modify, replace, or add new Third-Party Partners as technology and services evolve. We will update this section accordingly, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
